Boston Open Studios Coalition Exhibition
Celebrate “The Boston Open Studios Coalition” 12th Anniversary
The Mayor’s Office of Arts, Tourism & Special Events is seeking artwork from Boston Open Studio Coalition members to showcase this season’s 12th anniversary. The goal is to have one piece of artwork from each member of BOSC displayed in a large group exhibition throughout Boston City Hall. The exhibition will take place October 23, 2006 - January 19, 2007.
 Selection process/ CRITERIA
o       To participate in this exhibition you must be a current member of one of the following “Boston Open Studios Coalition” organizations: 
● Allston Arts District 
● Artist’s Group of Charlestown 
● Dorchester Open Studios 
● East Boston Artist’s Group 
● Fort Point Arts Community 
● Fenway Studios   
● Hyde Park Art Association 
● Jamaica plain Artists 
● Mission Hill Open Studios 
● Roslindale Open Studios 
● Roxbury Open Studio 
● South Boston Open Studios 
● United South End Artists                                  
     
DEADLINE FOR SUBMISSION: August 21, 2006 5 P.M. 
 Please submit the following: 
ONLY ONE WORK PER MEMBER 
o       1 example of work you would like displayed: jpeg (300 dpi) 
o       Completed application form 
*     Electronic submissions only 
DEADLINE FOR DROP OFF OF ACTUAL WORK: September 18 - October 3, 2006 
● All artwork must be framed, wired and ready to be hung. 
● No clip style frames will be accepted. 
● Artwork exceeding 30 inches in any dimension will not be accepted. 
●All artwork must be labeled with name, title, medium and Open Studios Group you are a member of. 
●You will be contacted with drop off dates and times.
