One bedroom room in cute apartment between uphams corner and everett sq. 
dorchester. (right at the end of mass. ave at the intersection of 
annabel and sumner). sunny 3rd floor with awesome back deck. kitchen, 
and living room. storage. newly refinished floors. heat and laundry 
included. 2 amazing cats are included and no others can join us. 
excellent landlords. front and back yards with gardening opportunities. 
10 minute bike ride to downtown boston. 2 miles from south end. 7 min 
walk to redline jfk/umass stop. 2 miles from Umass Boston. 3 mi. from 
SMFA/MassArt. Bus lines to Dudley Sq. right around corner. coffee shop 
and stores nearby. plenty of on-street, non-permited, parking. the 
apartment is pretty well furnished (retro/50's-70's/modern) and 
currently the room has a single bed and a desk and desk chair, small 
shelf, lamp and the closet has shelves and poles. and if you need other 
stuff i've got more. and if you don't need what is there can be stored. 
there is a possible loaner bicycle.

please be queer friendly, non-indoor-smoker, positively engaged in the 
world, not a party animal or tv addict, able to pay bills on time, 
gender unimportant, 25 y.o. + (but that's flexible).

i'm 37, very busy, pretty quiet at home, work hard and at home mostly 
right now but listen to lots of music while doing it (but can do that 
quietly), don't drink much, i am friendly and have been living here a 
while. i occasionally have cocktails or dinner with friends at the house 
and there are occasional groups of out of town guests. i really love the 
apartment and would like to find someone who fits well.

$550/month first/last/security negotiable. Available ASAP. Prefer
