Policy Forums All Across the State--Dec. 4--Dec. 13!

Dear Friends,
Governor-Elect Deval Patrick is reaching out to the citizens of
Massachusetts through a series of public forums on critical issues.  These
hearing are designed to help shape policy for the new administration.
Governor-Elect Patrick is continuing his strong support for arts and culture
by establishing a committee dedicated to the Creative Economy, headed by
Jill Medvedow, the director of the ICA in Boston.
We urge our advocates to attend these forums.  The first Creative Economy
forum is today in Worcester, at 12:30 pm at the Worcester Art Museum, 55
Salisbury Street and on Thursday, December 7 at 1:00 pm in West Barnstable
at the Cape Cod Community College, Upper Commons - Grossman Building.
Please attend any of the forums listed below to testify about the economic,
social, and educational value of the arts, sciences and humanities.
