[DAC] open studios, website, etc

Hi.  Just a friendly reminder that open studios registrations are due by
July 31.  I know it seems early for an event that takes place in October (21
& 22), but if you want to be listed in the program guide, and save money on
your registration, it is due on July 31.  You can register on line at
http://www.thedac.org/?q=online_reg_dos2006.  Also, please note that
discounted registration for Open Studios is available for members of DAC,
and DAC membership is FREE (for now).  Sign up at
http://www.thedac.org/?q=user/register
 
Which leads me to.the gallery.  We have lots of DAC members, and not a lot
of images in the gallery!  As we get closer to Open Studios, traffic on the
website will grow.  Why not take advantage of this free members gallery?
 
We are looking for more programming to include in Open Studios weekend.  If
you're planning on doing anything special on October 21, 22 or 23, and want
to talk to us about having it included in the program guide, let me know.
