"The smartest, zaniest show on the Saturday morning network line-up!"
-U.S. News and World Report
You know cult-hero Paul Zaloom as the oddball, madcap scientist
from the hit CBS series, "Beakman's World." In this show for kids of
all ages, he amazes audiences with a series of death defying and belief
suspending demonstrations of intriguing scientific principles. An
interactive science comedy whirlwind! Come see why the LA Times says,
"The irreverent Beakman can satisfy nearly anyone's curiosity!
Energetic, sarcastic, engaging, and funny!".
The show is called "Beakman in Person" and it's an interactive science
theater show for kids & adult fans of all ages, starring Paul Zaloom and
based on the TV hit show, "Beakman's World" (now back on air on Fox!).
The play is an hour long, aimed at mainly 7-11 year olds, but it is
great for kids younger and much older, too. Similar to a magic show,
Paul uses his notoriously manic energy to get kids enthusiastic about
science, and he invites them to join him on stage for different
experiments. (but your kids definitely don't have to be science-crazed
to have fun).
There's details on: www.bostontheatrescene.com if you click on "Out On
the Edge" festival, then the orange title on the left.
