Exploring Nina Simone is the latest in the series of celebratory concerts by Valerie Stephens.  
Dr. Nina Simone's music transcends category and time, even after her death on April 21, 2003. From her birth home in North Carolina to her final home in the south of France, Dr. Nina refused to waiver from the truth and shook our souls with her music.  We celebrate the musical journey of Eunice Waylon of Tryon, North Carolina to Dr. Nina Simone of the World and all the music in between.  Gallery at the Piano Factory is delighted to debut this exciting artistic celebration.
