Tenants Sought: Creative, careful and responsible people (or person) 
for one-year lease Sept 1 while home owner is oversees on Fulbright 
Grant. Will supply regular maintenance supervisor, but want 
responsible tenants who will enjoy this special live-work space. 
Tenant need not be artist or architect, although workshop space is 
ideal for creative/contemplative work  especially with wood stove. 
Tenant to pay all utilities, security and first month.

(Will lower rent if you are interested in taking care of my sweet dog
