On Behalf of the Boston Urban Arts Committee I would like to invite you to
join on on Saturday, December 8th at UMASS-Boston Campus Center, for the
first annual Boston Urban Arts Festival. The BUAF plans to offer a
contemporary view of the urban arts scene in and around Boston, celebrating
the best visual, literary, and performing arts the city has to offer. 
The Boston Urban Arts Festival will feature interpretations of the urban
arts scene in Boston, through 30 of the city's best visual artists, each
displaying and selling original pieces.  In Addition, The BUAF will showcase
performances by Danielle Scott, Afro-DG, Erin Daneele and Nancia Pierre.
Also featured in the show will be a fashion show fusing the elements of
fashion and art by designers mademoiselle, Brian Stevens, and other local
designers.

The mission of the Boston Urban Festival is to lend a voice to artists
