offer this exceptional studio space to members of DAC for a discounted price
of 450.00 a month. Though this may seem like a high price for a 300 sq ft
space it has much to offer that you will not find in other studios
including; 

- a complete Pullman kitchen including sink, fridge and stove
- this room has direct access to a shared bathroom. It has its own separate
entrance to the bathroom.
- the studio is divided into two rooms making it very easy to share.
- rent includes all expenses, heat, water and electric
- this studio is part of an active art community. There are 6 other studios
on the property, as well as Ahimsa Gallery and Savin Hill Yoga.

great 2-D, photography, design studio; Dorchester Open Studios in October
