[DAC] state of the city

The Mayor's State of the City address will be held this year at the Strand
in Dorchester, on Jan. 9 at 6 p.m.  Since it's at the Strand, I am sure the
arts will be one of his topics (it usually is anyway).  I have secured a
block of tickets for members of the Dorchester Arts Collaborative who would
like to attend.  They will be given out first come first served.  Please let
me know no later than Jan. 8 if you would like one.  Email me off list at
