[DAC] getting to know the artists

Hi everyone,
I have mulling over this idea that I feel I would love to do or take part in 
for the DAC website.
As you are all probably aware, we, the dorchester artists are like 
fieldmice, we scatter, we play, but we are all over the place and rarely, if 
not ever, get together or talk except through crummy email (actually i don't 
know if that is like fieldmice at all, but you get point). don't get me 
wrong, i love a' the email, but it is no substitute for in depth 
understanding of each other, especially with photos.

So here is my idea.
I would love to set up not your average-get-together-interviews and take 
photos of the artists at their homes, working space or source of 
inspiration. I think it would be a great way to support the open studios in 
the future and get to know each other better.
i imagine my part as the photographer and maybe instigator of such meetings.
i think it would be fun if either artists switched up interviewing each 
other, like iconoclasts, or we find a witty dorchester writer/s to help in 
the interview/writing area aspect.

so that is my idea.
is anyone game?

of course that is all up to the web person and whoever else.

am i crazy or what?
