[DAC] Addendum to Gibson/Sotheby's announcement

Bill Hofmockel at Gibson/Sotheby's in Dorchester asked me to clarify  
that they are only looking for WALL ART for the exhibit at the Savin  
Hill office.
He apologizes for the omission.
