Prose and poetry Program at
Boston City Hall
Boston is known for its rich literary history, but it is also home to many
talented contemporary writers whose work is enjoyed both locally and
nationally. In honor of the diverse and creative village we call Boston, the
Mayor's Office of Arts, Tourism & Special Events will display prose and
poetry by Boston-based writers on the walls of city hall.
DEADLINE: July 19, 2007
Selection Process
* Juror TBA
* Writers must reside in Boston to qualify.
Please submit the following
* 3 poems or excerpts with a Boston based theme (a maximum of 200
words per poem or excerpt).
* Resume or brief description of your writing experiences.
* One-paragraph summary about the type of work you are presenting.
