[DAC] May 9 Dorchester Arts meeting at the Boston Home

Hey everyone-
 
A friendly reminder.  Please join us at a meeting of the Dorchester Arts
Collaborative May 9 at 7 p.m.  The location is the Boston Home at the corner
of Dot Ave. & Gallivan Blvd. (Please note that this meeting is no longer at
the First Parish Church, as was originally announced)
 
This meeting will be very helpful to anyone planning on or thinking about
participating in, either as an artist or as a volunteer, in Dorchester Open
Studios.  We're also hoping to recruit a strong committee to help us with
our Dorchester Day Parade plans.  Please plan on joining us to march with
your fellow artists on June 3!  
 
And most importantly, refreshments will be served!
 
Agenda
 
1.	Introduction of our newly hired Dorchester Open Studios Program
coordinator Andrea Kunst, plus information about deadlines, registration and
plans for Open Studios 2007 (October 27 & 28, 2007) 
2.	Information about DAC's plans to participate in the Dorchester Day
Parade.  Help us create a float and come and march with us on June 3! 
3.	Introduction of Becky Butler, fundraising consultant for the Peabody
Square Public Arts project, plus hear an update from the committee on the
progress of that project.

know who might be interested in what we're doing.
