Hi, I am a 27 year performing artist (dance and drama) looking to share a 3 bedroom with a responsible, clean, professional. Male or female is fine. Non smoker is prefferred, 3rd floor. I have a cat who is fun and lovable. 

Nice sized 2 window, sunny bedroom with closet and hardwood floors. Furnished kitchen, pantry, and living room to share. 

Utilities are included. (Electric heating and hot water). 

Asking for a security deposit of one month and first months rent 1400. (This is negotiable). 


* Nice area, close to South Corrodor Park for biking and jogging. 
* Walking distance to Orange Line (Jackson Station) 
* Across the street from Stop and Shop and plaza 
* Nice unique boutique shopping located on Centre Street. 
* Laundry Mat nearby. 
* On street parking (free) 

Ideally, I'm looking for another artist, someone who enjoys music, is clean, and is considerate. Summer accomodations are ok.
