We currently have a great artist loft apartment available now. The loft is located in a historic building which once housed a Boston Police Station and Public Library. The loft has a spacious room that can be used as a living room and dining area. The modern kitchen with dishwasher is located off the dining area and there is also a full bathroom on this floor. There is a unique staircase which you take up to the spacious bedroom, which has a balcony where you can over look the living space down stairs. The loft is located a very short walk to the Fields Corner MBTA Red Line station and commercial district. We do criminal and credit background checks. We are looking for first month and security deposit. You need $1700 total to move in and must put down a $25.00 deposit at the time of processing your application, which will be deducted off your first month rent.
