[DAC] Good News!

 Hahaha!!! I always scold my mother for spreading "bad" news, so when I titled this email, it made me laugh. (Let this be a lesson to ya, Dottie!)  Anyway, I just received word that my artwork will be published in the May/June 2008 issue of Belle Armoire magazine:
 Belle 
                  Armoire ® 

                  French for “beautiful wardrobe,” Belle Armoire has 
                  been created especially for wearable art enthusiasts. Each rich 
                  issue highlights fabric arts, creative jewelry and fashion accessories, 
                  rubber stamping, beading projects, embroidery designs, handmade 
                  garments, and much more.  

I submitted my work about a month ago and they told me it could take up to 6-9 months to have it reviewed and photographed. I feel so honored that it happened right away and the magazine is a national one! Wow...so, if you happen to stop by an AC Moore, Michael's, the library or a large magazine distributor (Barnes & Noble, etc) please look for the May /June 2008 issue of Belle Armoire...
