The Kendall Square Theatre is looking for artists to carry on using their
gallery space after my ongoing display ends in a couple months. I have been
showing my work there since the Fall and have sold 5-6 pieces and I believe
it's a great opportunity to get your work in front of upscale independent
movie fans. My stuff is all pop culture based so it was a natural fit.

The space is unusual as its up very high but the theatre has a cherry picker
that I've used for hanging my art and rearranging things to keep it all
fresh. I've used wire to hang the pieces from the top and then velcro to
keep them flush against the wall.

If you drop by the theatre you can see the two walls that can be used for
display. One is the large wall on the right as you enter the theatre and the
other is the shorter wall directly ahead as you walk towards the theatres.

You can set whatever prices you want, mine run from $300 - $1200 and the
theatre splits it with you 50/50. They don't provide anything other than the
cherry picker and the walls. Howie Sandler the manager is a really nice guy
and very supportive.

If you are interested I would suggest that first you go by the theatre and
take a look and then contact Howie at

Howie asked me to help him put out this notice but I'm only sending it to
the DAC list because I don't want to let the whole world know about it...
rather keep it in the community.
