Hi Joyce & all -

There's a space available at 1848 Dot Ave - Corner of Msgr. Lydon Way - that
I think would be good for a small art gallery.  It's currently two offices
but the agent wants to rent it as one space.  The agent tells me it's 850
sq. ft.  Since it's a shallow/wide space, there are lots of windows.  

The space is one block south of the Haven Art Lounge/Bistro, so this could
have the makings of a SMAMS arts district.  It's also one block south of the
new MAHA headquarters, which should open in May or June.

If anyone is interested, please ask them to give me a call at 617-825-3846.
