Please post this great artist loft

We currently have a great artist loft for rent. The loft is located on the
third floor of the Historic “MUNI” building in Fields Corner, Dorchester,
which once housed the Area C-11 Police Station and Public Library. This
is a very spacious unique apartment with lots of open space and cathedral
ceilings. The building does not have an elevator and is a third floor walk
up. As you enter the loft you enter a large room that is usually used for
a living room/dinning room, but has potential for a lot of different
configurations the apartment has a galley kitchen with lots of cabinet
space and a dishwasher. You enter the sleeping quarters up a unique stair
case to the upper level. This room is large and can accommodate a queen
size bed and other furniture such as: dresser, wardrobe, side tables etc…

Fields Corner Community Development Corporation is a non-profit
organization; because of this we are able to keep the price of our rents
very reasonable by today’s standards.
