[DAC] seeking studio space

Seeking a relatively inexpensive studio space in Dot.
  Anybody looking for a studio-mate ?  I paint
  mostly at night.  
  I have a lot going on so I wouldn't be there all
  the time.  
   
  I'm looking to start in May.
