Can you please circulate this For Rent notice;
QUIET house seeks QUIET tennant (no loud music, raukus, frequent parties, etc, non hostile, no violence) quiet dog, cat okay
 
There is a vacancy in the tripple decker that artist Raine Newman lives in on Juliette St in Dorchester. 
2nd floor apt has 2 bedrooms, dining room, full kitchen with pantry. Front porch and rear deck, good view of ocean as we are up on hill down the block from Ronan Park. Fields Corner T is closest only 10/12 min walk! Parking on street avail if you have car
 
Good space for artist not working with toxic fumey or noisey work.
I beleive the Rent is only 1100./month plus gas heat and util. Small sec deposit (I believe is only 200.00). Laundry in basement coin op.
Landlord is (relatively absentee) but is decent and has lawn mowed and shoveling done. He mostly cares about rent paid on time (or else he'll have you in court with eviction presto pronto).

Place is being worked on now, not painted yet, but soon. Perhaps sometime in April or May 1st for move in date, not sure.
